Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your coloring pages. This policy covers purchases once the product is live.

Digital product

Because coloring pages are delivered instantly as digital downloads, the right of withdrawal ends once generation has started, in line with EU consumer rules for digital content. You agree to this when you start a generation.

When we refund

• If the product failed to generate or deliver your files;
• If you were charged twice or in error;
• If the output is clearly broken (e.g. a blank or corrupted file).

"I changed my mind about the style" is not usually refundable for a completed digital download, but reach out — we read every message and try to be fair.

How to request

Email bondar_andriy@ukr.net with your order number. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method.
